Schnelle und große SSDs im 3,5" Faktor

owcssdFreunde der PC und Tower-Konstruktion wird sicher folgender Fakt sehr interessieren, wenn es um besonders schnellen Massenspeicher geht: später in diesem Jahr will nämlich die Firma Other World Computing ein 3,5" SSD Laufwerk veröffentlichen, was wie ne normale HDD in den Schacht passt, beispielsweise beim Mac Pro.

Dieses Laufwerk soll auf den Namen Mercury Viper hören und mit einer 2TB große SSD gefüllt sein, welche 600 MB/s über eine SATA 3 Verbindung übertragen kann.
